Mahjong Academy collects nothing. The site is a set of static pages: there is no account system, no analytics beacons, no advertising cookies, and no server-side storage of anything you do.
The scoring calculator remembers your last inputs using your own browser’s local storage, so the next hand starts where the last ended. That data never leaves your device and can be wiped any time by clearing site data in your browser.
The solitaire game runs entirely in your browser. No move you make is transmitted, recorded or analyzed. There is no leaderboard, because a leaderboard would need a server and a reason to know who you are — the game has neither.
Things we will never do with this site: sell data (there is none to sell), embed third-party ad trackers, require an account to use a tool, or add newsletters disguised as features. If any of that ever changes, this page changes first and the footer date moves with it.
Standard hosting applies: like every website, the hosting provider sees the ordinary technical logs of page requests (your IP, the page requested, the time). Nothing else exists to see. This site is not directed at children and sells nothing, so no payment data exists anywhere.
